Class: Enjoy all-levels Yoga with Sydney where you can relax and let the poses do the work for you with ease & flow.  A class to reconnect you with your mind and body. A fluid and thoughtfully sequenced practice that combines movement and breath to help you feel restored, uplifted and inspired. Mixing vinyasa flow with deeper, restorative stretch postures. ALL are welcome

Class will end with an immersive sound experience that goes beyond listening. One that resonates so deeply it will transport you somewhere else, without ever leaving your seat β˜†

Important things to know:
What to Bring: Your friends, your yoga mat and your water bottle
Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure you can settle in without having to rush
Parking: Free  -  Venue Parking is available

Bonus: If you are an art lover, this studio space has a wide array of beautiful artwork throughout the building and tons of incredible experiences that take place in the space if you’d like to explore before or after class

Are you in search of a light-hearted, inclusive, engaging yoga class, designed to both challenge AND support you? If you've never been to a Vinyasa class before, this style is designed to revitalize and restore your body, calm the mind, increase energy, and reduce stress. This is an excellent class style for students who would like to experience play and exploration. Great for all levels of yoga experience. Vinyasa yoga links breath with movement. Move or β€œflow” from one pose to another in sequence, on an inhale or an exhale. This class mixes vinyasa flow with deeper stretch postures. Tons of fun to be had 😊

Style:
In each of my classes you will experience play & exploration throughout an engaging flow to both challenge & support you. 

Each class is all-levels. Meaning all are welcome regardless of your experience. I will lovingly guide you every step of the way to reconnect to your mind and body. My style mixes vinyasa flow with deeper stretch postures and is designed to revitalize and restore your body, calm the mind, increase energy, and reduce stress.   

Please bring anything you need to feel comfortable - yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, bolster, water bottle, journal. I look forward to flowing with you.

No partner or experience needed to get started; Just a willingness to learn in an atmosphere of positive vibes. Come as you are! Tons of fun to be had!

Acro Yoga is a partner-based practice that incorporates elements of Acrobatics, Yoga and Healing Arts. Acro teaches communication, trust, strength, confidence and community all wrapped up in a fun, full body workout.

Sydney and her partners Alex and Melinda are enthusiastic members of the Charlotte Acro Yoga community and are over the moon excited to share this playful skill with you!
